Photosynthesis is a process by which light energy is converted into chemical energy. The process starts out by the sunlight turning into energy. The plant then stores energy in the form of sugar molecules. In the chloroplast the chlorophyll then captures the light from the sun and molecules are moved and converted in the area called the stroma. Finally, the carbon dioxide and water combine with light to create oxygen and glucose.
